We do — but you’ll find it in the villages, not as a promotion inside our hospital. At Dayal Eye Centre, free eye checkups are part of our community outreach, run through the 15–20 free eye-care camps we hold every month across rural and underserved areas of Gurgaon and the wider Delhi-NCR, under our “Saving Sights, Saving Lives” programme.

These camps bring screening to people who might otherwise go without it — whether because of distance, cost, or simply not knowing help is close by.

A “free checkup” can easily become a way to bring people through the door and sell them things they don’t need. That isn’t how we work. Our free screenings exist where they genuinely help — in the community — and our care is judged by our patients’ outcomes, not by our marketing. We don’t push services you don’t need, and we don’t build our reputation on offers. We build it on the people we’ve treated over more than two decades.

Screening is carried out by our qualified doctors and clinical team — checking vision and looking for common, sight-threatening conditions early. Anyone who needs further evaluation or treatment is guided to our hospital, where our senior specialists take over their care personally.

Your examination isn’t handed to a trainee. Every patient is examined by an experienced, senior eye specialist, on advanced diagnostic technology, with the time to explain what we find and what it means for you. And we go beyond the checkup — we stay with you through diagnosis, treatment and follow-up, so nothing is left half-done. Your eyes are looked after as if they were our own.
