Appointments & Consultations

Online bookings are accepted for both in-person and teleconsultations, and appointment confirmations are subject to doctor availability. Rescheduling or cancellations may occur due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, you will be notified. Dayal Eye Centre is not responsible for delays, cancellations or no-shows by the user or practitioner.

Any medical advice provided during a teleconsultation is based on the information shared by the user and is not a substitute for an in-person clinical examination.

Online Payments

Payments for consultations and procedures may be made online via secure third-party payment gateways integrated on our website. By using the payment service, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of the respective payment providers. Dayal Eye Centre is not liable for failed transactions, delays or breaches of privacy on the part of third-party vendors.

If a transaction fails but the amount is debited, it is your responsibility to follow up with your bank or payment provider. We will assist where applicable.

Use of Health Records

You may be provided access to personal health records stored or generated during consultations or diagnostics.
