From the moment of your arrival, the dedicated team ensures a comfortable and efficient experience. Patients are promptly greeted, guided through necessary formalities, and supported throughout their care journey.

Before Your Arrival

To facilitate a smooth visit, patients are advised to bring all relevant medical reports, including test results, prescriptions, and physician referrals, to enable an accurate assessment of their condition. Comfortable, loose attire is recommended, as a hospital gown may be provided for examinations or procedures. For safety during treatment, patients should leave valuables at home, as secure storage for personal items may not be available.

Visiting Hours & Policies

Visitors are welcome between (8:30 AM  to – 7:30 PM), unless otherwise specified. A visitor pass will be issued upon arrival, which must be kept secure for entry. Please note that children under a certain age may not be permitted in some areas to maintain a calm and safe environment for all.

During Your Visit

Patients will be escorted to designated waiting areas, where facilities are designed to ensure comfort and provide information. If your visit coincides with a surgery or if you are accompanying someone, you may wait in a designated lounge and will be guided when it is appropriate to visit afterward.

Safety & Security Measures

For your safety, patients are encouraged not to bring valuables, as secure storage for personal items may not be available. Should assistance be required at any point, patients can approach the nursing team or utilize the in-room emergency call system

Preparing for Treatment or Surgery

To ensure precise pre- or post-procedural care, patients should bring all current medications, including eye drops, for review. Certain medications, such as blood thinners, may require a temporary pause before surgery; your primary care provider will offer guidance accordingly. If you wear glasses, contact lenses, or hearing aids, please bring a case to keep them safe during your treatment.

After Your Visit

Before departure, patients will receive clear instructions and summaries of their treatment plan or follow-up steps. Ongoing access to the helpline and patient care team is provided to assist with any post-visit inquiries.

Accessibility & Parking

Ample on-site parking and dedicated spaces are available to ensure smooth access to the facility. The premises are fully accessible, featuring ramps and elevators designed for patient comfort.
